Why $499/mo for the Founding 5?
That number is locked in for the first five roofing companies. It's lower than what we'll charge once founding closes — but it comes with a 12-month lock and our direct cell. We need a few founding contractors to help us build, not to nickel-and-dime them.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. LeadTruffle charges $299. We don't. Setup is our job — we wire the AccuLynx or JobNimbus integration, configure the agent, and hand you a live system in 3–5 days.
What about per-lead or per-call charges?
Flat monthly. No per-lead, per-call, per-SMS, or storm-surge surcharges. The whole point is you stop losing leads during storm season — that's when our pricing should NOT spike.
What does 'pay-per-show' mean on Reactivation?
On the Pro tier, the Reactivation Agent costs $350 only when a homeowner actually shows up to an appointment we revived from your dormant CRM. If they no-show, you don't pay. Risk stays on us.
Can I just start with TopRoofer?
Yes. TopRoofer is free, separate from our paid tiers, and a good way to see where you stand before talking to us. Most contractors who run TopRoofer then book a pilot call within a week.
Cancellation?
Founding 5 is a 12-month price lock — you can cancel any time, the lock just expires. Standard and Pro are month-to-month after a 3-month pilot. No cancellation fees. No 'contact us to cancel' games.
